BoomerGirl.com was created by Kansas City woman who wanted to share her humorous adventures she has with her children and aging parents. The site offers great destinations for girlfriend getaways, recipes and stories. You read the articles and then you can comment on them. Run by Alison Bottke and her friends, all of whom are baby boomers, they want to teach and empower women to be stronger and know that they cannot do it all but that’s okay.
